The gas rangetop has 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 160,000 BTU for simmering melting chocolate or cooking sauces, The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates allowmaximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. Double electric ovens have a combined 6.58 cu.ft. capacity with a total output of 9,700 Watts encased in a speckled blue enamel interiors and tempered 3-layer glass oven door windows.
